Insurers, reinsurers, captives, general agents, third party administrators, lawyers and investors make up the core of Altair's client base. Lloyd's underwriters and Bermuda reinsurers are currently the major sources of Altair's business.

History
- Since Altair's formation in 1990, the company has evolved into the premiere underwriting, claim and transactional auditing company in the property and casualty industry. We are the oldest company dedicated solely to this function in our business sector. Over the years, Altair has pioneered the paperless audit process with electronic file review forms, programmed to result analysis and formatted reports transmitted in any electronic or hard copy method desired by our clients. Our sister company, Antares, continue to provide Altair with innovations in processes and product delivery options, while increasing the number of Altair clients to whom they provide other specific technology services.
Audit Logistics
- Altair's professional administration and support staff is accountable for audit coordination including obtaining current information of changing client needs and maintaining excellent communication with client's business needs. Responsibilities include audit scheduling for our clients, maintaining and distributing current marketing material, invoicing, providing administrative assistance to our audit professionals, travel coordination and assembly of the final work product presentation provided to our clients.
